With Beano joining us again, we were able to have both Allsorts & Hotdogs as 'competing' teams. Saturday saw Hotdogs (Beano, Tosh, Molly & Meg) seeded 5th in Div 2, and Sunday, Allsorts (Katie, Tess, Spencer, Alfie & Beau). Archie & Rigsby joined forces with Forest (Lurcher from Mad Mutts) & Freddie (collie from Maple Leafs) in starters
Race 1: Hotdogs 'v' Molton Meteors - Won 3-2, best time 20.07
Race 2: Hotdogs 'v' Barkshire Bullets - Lost 0-3, best time 19.72
Race 3: Hotdogs 'v' Extrabuccs - Lost 1-3, best time 19.84
Race 4: Hotdogs 'v' Running 4 Mutts: Won 3-1, best time 20.00
Race 5: Hotdogs 'v' Barkshire Bandidos - Won 3-1, best time 19.83
So Hotdogs came 3rd, best time 19.72. And Beano gained his FDA.
Onto starters. Archie was lead dog, and Harvey got the hang of the lights in no time! Archie ran brilliantly, and dived into his bucket every time! He was followed by a very fast Forest, and Freddie. Bringing up the rear was Rigsby being handled by Dave. He only dropped his ball a couple of times, and when he was re-sent, he did bring his ball back (providing Freddie wasn't in his way!)
They came 3rd out of 4 starter teams, and their best time was 22.68, so they all ran really well, especially as they were a mixed bunch!! Well done to all of them………………….

Race 3: Allsorts 'v' Nuneaton Kestrels - Won 3-1, best time 19.92
Race 4: Allsorts 'v' Bad Dog Meecos - Lost 1-3, best time 20.65
Race 5: Allsorts 'v' Barkshire Bambinos - Lost 2-3, best time 19.75
So Allsorts came 4th, best time 19.75. Which means we're together in the current seed times…………..
