All the merry campers went down to Paddock Wood on Friday. I took Elaine & Katie, and the majority of her camping equipment went with Pete &Wendy. Travel times varied between 2hrs – 5 ½hrs. We managed to camp fairly close to the flyball ring, as well as the loo’s!
Friday night we socialised in ‘The Big Awning’. I bought 2 cakes as it was Dave’s birthday on Saturday, and Andy & I had just had our birthdays and Marilyn also had a Sept birthday. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait any longer for Tina & Andy to arrive, so we ate the bigger one between us!
Hotdogs were seeded 3 in Div 2. I had hoped that the reduction in jump height would speed Katie, Tess & Molly up, to allow for Archie’s speed. By the end of the day, as Katie improved with Andy handling her, and Archie’s passes getting closer, they actually weren’t far off the sub 20 mark……..

Race 5: Hotdogs ‘v’ Barkshire Bambinos: Lost 2-3, best time 20.15
Unfortunately, not the best of racing days, with lots of lights! And even one from Harvey & Archie! We came 6th…………….
Just for a change we went to a local pub. The food was goods, and it was a lovely evening. Back to camp by 9.30am, where upon we met up in that big awning again, to drink the 3 bottles of ‘Bubbly’ celebrating Spencer, Molly & Meg’s awards (and Beau, although Claire wasn’t with us)
Allsorts were seeded 4 in Div 3. Meg, Tosh , Spencer & Alfie.

Race 3: Allsorts ‘v’ Hampshire Hogs: Won 3-0, best time 20.93
Race 4: Allsorts ‘v’ Knights: Won 3-1, best time 21.34
Race 5: Allsorts ‘v’ Marsh Cheetahs: Won 3-1, best time 20.74
Race 6: Allsorts ‘v’ Ball Busters: Lost 2-3, best time 20.??
Which meant the Allsorts came 2nd
